When our beloved angels passed their FSc exams and successfully enrolled in universities of their respective fields, Zamurrad Khan (Hilal-e-Imtiaz), Papa Jani, decided to celebrate this milestone memorably. He threw a party for our youngsters so that they could enjoy their success.
While Papa Jani was proud of his angels' success, he also grew concerned about their daily travel to university. So he decided to award the 20 high achievers in FSc exams with motorbikes. The bikes weren’t just gifts; they were symbols of his unwavering support and belief in their potential.
The students, filled with excitement and gratitude, hugged Papa Jani, thanking him for such a precious and thoughtful gift. These high performers also made a kind gesture by promising to share their rides with fellow students.
Understanding the importance of maternal consent, Papa Jani asked the management to send letters seeking approval from the students’ mothers. The purpose was to seek their approval regarding allowing their children to ride bikes. After the management received the consent letters and confirmed the permission of the mothers, Papa Jani proceeded with his thoughtful plan.
This careful approach ensured the students’ safety while respecting their mothers' concerns. This gesture fostered a sense of responsibility and trust within the students.
Recognizing the importance of safety, Papa Jani knew that gifting bikes was just the beginning. The first challenge was to ensure the students could use their new vehicles safely. He assigned the task of organizing proper training to the management.
These training sessions, often held at night, were a blend of serious learning and fun. The students not only learned to handle their bikes but also shared laughter and mutual support, making the experience even more enriching.
“One of the students, reflecting on his experience, said,
‘I’ve always been fascinated by bikes but was scared of riding them safely. The training sessions were incredibly helpful, with instructors riding alongside to ensure no one got hurt. Although I was nervous at first, the supportive environment helped me build confidence quickly.
However, my mischievous side led me to race with my friends, and the instructors gave me a stern yet caring reminder about the dangers of rash driving and acts like wheeling. They emphasized that Papa Jani had trusted us with these bikes, and it was our responsibility to honor that trust by riding safely.’”
After the intensive training, the next step was to get their licenses. The students applied for licenses online via DLIMS and fulfilled their national responsibility as Pakistani citizens. They gave their bike driving test and successfully passed the test. Within two days, they received their driving licenses.
This step was not just about legality; it was about instilling a sense of duty and responsibility in students. With licenses in hand, they felt a sense of accomplishment and readiness to embark on their new journey with a mature outlook.
To further ensure the safety of his angels on the roads, Papa Jani organized an event focused on traffic rules and regulations. He invited traffic and motorway police to explain the importance of traffic rules and how adhering to them ensures not just their safety but also the safety of others on the road. This event was an eye-opener for many students, making them realize the broader implications of their actions and the significance of being responsible riders.

- Don't carry more than two people: Overloading can make the bike unstable and difficult to handle
- Don't perform stunts or wheeling: Such actions are dangerous and increase the risk of accidents
- Don't ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs: Impairment affects your ability to ride safely
- Don't ignore traffic signals and rules: Following traffic laws keeps you and others safe on the road
Understanding the financial burden, the students used their pocket money to fuel their bikes. Papa Jani, always attentive to their needs, increases their allowances after every six months. His thoughtful gestures ensured that his angels never felt deprived or burdened, allowing them to fulfill their desires without worries.
In essence, Papa Jani’s gift of motorbikes was a multifaceted gesture of love, trust, and responsibility. It marked the beginning of a new chapter in the students' lives, filled with learning and growth.
