Summer is an exciting and enriching time for our fairies and angels at Pakistan Sweet Home (PSH) every year. As May comes to an end, the children eagerly look forward to their summer vacations. This year, the Pakistan Sweet Home summer break will be from June 1st to June 28th, during which the children will go home for the holidays.
As the summer vacation of 2024 began, so did the holy month of Zul Hajj, bringing with it the religious festival of Eid al-Adha (Bakra Eid). This year, the summer holidays coincide with the Eid holidays, doubling the joy for our children. Before they leave, every child will receive special festive Eid packages. These packages include Eidi, clothes, shoes, toys, and rashan bags for their families.
PSH management oversees the entire process of safely sending children home, including covering travel costs so that it is not a burden on families or guardians. Given that the children come from distant and diverse regions, this annual summer vacation period ensures they stay connected with their families, maintaining their ties to their roots and traditions.
Every year, the children spend half their summer vacation with their mothers and the other half with their beloved Papa Jani, Zamurrad Khan (Hilal-e-Imtiaz), at Sweet Home. We have a comprehensive summer school plan that includes academics, fun activities, skill-based training, and sports.
At Nova School, we have dedicated staff who take summer classes and focus on completing the summer vacation work assigned by their schools. Beyond academics, PSH offers various interesting skill development programs on campus. Special hourly classes are arranged for our children in cooking, stitching, IT, spoken English, and arts and crafts. Our staff remains available 24/7 to ensure smooth operations.

Pakistan Sweet Home also organizes various fun and educational events for the children, such as fruit parties, trips, tree plantation drives, career counseling sessions, water sports activities, Tajweed classes, Tekwandoo classes, and more. Zamurrad Khan (Hilal-e-Imtiaz) actively participates and supervises every activity.
During the summer vacation, Pakistan Sweet Home (PSH) organizes in-house football, cricket, and hockey tournaments for the children every evening. The children form teams, play, and have a great time. Zamurrad Khan (Hilal-e-Imtiaz) actively participates and awards prizes and certificates to the winners. These tournaments foster healthy competition among the children, making them active and physically fit.
In conclusion, summer vacations at PSH are a blend of enjoyment, learning, and fun. The children gain new skills and knowledge and create unforgettable memories through activities, games, and special events.
