Every great change begins with an opportunity. For hundreds of orphaned and deserving youth in Pakistan, that opportunity has finally arrived. Crown Q Institute of Hospitality Management and Pakistan Sweet Home have partnered to launch a scholarship-based skill program. This initiative will provide free, high-quality training to deserving youth from across the country, including those from Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

This skill development program is not just about teaching a trade. It is about giving dignity, opportunity, and hope to young men and women who have long been deprived of such chances. The six-month training will open doors to promising careers in culinary arts, baking, pastry making, and hotel management.
Qualified applicants will be given free training, mentoring, and an internationally recognized certification. In addition, they will gain industry exposure that has the power to transform their lives.
While speaking to the Sweet Home team, Mr. Anwar Qureshi shared his vision for the program.
“We have always believed that the real inheritance we can give to the next generation is education and skills,” he said. “Through this initiative, we want to ensure that no deserving young person is left behind just because they cannot afford the fee. Our mission is to empower them so they can stand on their own feet, support their families, and live with pride.”
