Yes, you can give your Zakat to your husband if he can receive it.
This includes situations where he is poor and unable to provide for himself or your family, or if he is in debt and cannot pay it. However, the Zakat should be given directly to him, not spent by you on household expenses.
There are two opinions among scholars on this matter:
They base this on a hadith narrated by Zaynab, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas’ood. She asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) if it was acceptable to give charity (Zakat) to her poor husband. He confirmed that it was, mentioning that she would receive the reward of both charity and kindness to her family.
Therefore, if your husband is eligible for Zakat, you can give it to him. He will receive a reward for charity and for supporting his family.
