About the program
The Cadet program supports students enrolled in Pakistan Sweet Home's Cadet College, which combines academic education with structured, military-style cadet training.
Like Boarding Students, cadets have no family home to return to and live on campus full time. Your $149 monthly sponsorship covers their accommodation, cadet college education, and all related expenses.
Your $149 a month covers boarding, cadet college tuition, uniforms, training-related costs, and day-to-day essentials.
The cost is higher than the standard Boarding Student sponsorship because it reflects the structured cadet training and boarding fees charged by the Cadet College itself.
Yes. Cadets reside at the Cadet College for the full duration of their enrollment, the same as Boarding Students at the main PSH campus.
Cadets go through the same rigorous selection process used across Pakistan Sweet Home, along with any additional entry requirements set by the Cadet College itself:
- Verified loss of father and Pakistani citizenship
- Assessment of financial need
- Panel interview and, where applicable, the Cadet College's own entry assessment
Dormitories, training facilities, classrooms, a dining hall, and healthcare support are all part of daily life at the Cadet College.
Your impact
Yes. Updates are shared twice a month through your donor dashboard, covering academic and training progress.
Yes. Both are welcome and coordinated through Pakistan Sweet Home, reviewed before being passed along to protect the cadet's privacy.
Yes. Visits to the Cadet College can be arranged in advance through admissions@pakistansweethome.org.pk.
Yes, you are welcome to sponsor as many cadets as you would like, each with a separate profile and separate updates.
Accountability & trust
You can stop your sponsorship at any time. We ask for 30 days' notice, and Pakistan Sweet Home continues covering the cadet's place from the general fund while a new sponsor is found.
When a cadet completes their education, their sponsorship naturally concludes. PSH notifies you, thanks you for your support, and many cadets go on to join the Pakistan Sweet Home alumni network.
The Cadet program supports orphan children with no home of their own, a widely accepted category for Zakat. We recommend consulting your own Islamic scholar for a personal ruling.
Yes. Cohort sponsorship is available for companies and organisations. Contact us at admissions@pakistansweethome.org.pk to discuss a corporate arrangement.
