My name is Maryam Rehman. I'm 17 years old, from Islamabad. I'm in my second year of FSc Pre-Engineering, and my last result was an A.
I lost my father, Hafiz Abdul Rehman, when I was ten. Since then my mother has raised my sister, my brother and me on her own. She works as a teacher, and she has kept all three of us in school.
I want to become an Engineer. Support came to us when I finished matric, and it has kept my studies going. Will you help me take the next step?
