Umair's story
Umair is in his sixth semester of MBBS at Federal Medical College in Islamabad, and his most recent result was an A. Three years of medical training are behind him, and his goal is clear: to qualify and practise as a doctor.
He was eleven when his father passed away in February 2017. His mother Ghazala has raised the family on her own since, and has seen him through school, college and into medicine.
This scholarship would help cover his tuition for the remaining years and see him through to graduation.
